This ex-designer fabric is a velvet lace. It's a unique find, with an open rose and floral design and rich, soft velvet flocking as a finish. The fabric can be used as one piece or the motifs could be cut out and appliqued on for denser coverage. Lovely medium pile and very soft handle. A mid-coverage lace. Perfect for lingerie, nightwear, adding a lace embellishment, or for a gorgeous dress!
